Summary

This study developed a method to harmonize the hepatocellular uptake index (HUI) using gadoxetate disodium-enhanced MRI, ensuring consistent liver function assessment across different MRI systems. The harmonized HUI, utilizing the albumin-bilirubin linear predictor (ALBI-LP), accurately predicts liver reserve comparable to established methods.
