Abstract:
A simultaneous transcatheter aortic valve implantation and mitral valve-in-valve procedure has potential for prosthetic valve interactions. Recently, we described preprocedure planning using computerized tomography and bench model simulations in 3 patients to predict various types of interactions. This paper elaborates on the clinical and procedural details of those 3 patients and their clinical outcomes.
