Abstract:
A technique is described for designing and fabricating an implant-supported, screw-retained, long-term, interim restoration which also acts as a fully guided surgical guide for the placement of replacement implants. This technique may be used in patients with complete arch implant-supported prostheses where placing additional implants is required during the course of treatment.
