Summary

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the efficacy of a 12-week internet-based exercise and physical activity promotion program for persons with multiple sclerosis.
  • To assess the program's impact on various physical activity metrics, health competence, and quality of life.

  • A multicenter, randomized, waitlist-controlled study involving 56 persons with MS.
  • Intervention included tailored exercise, e-learning, therapist support, and activity monitoring.
