Metastasis-targeted external beam radiation therapy (M-EBRT) effectively controls localized disease and manages symptoms when combined with lutetium-177 PSMA (177Lu-PSMA) therapy for metastatic prostate cancer. This combination shows good tolerability and may facilitate continued treatment.
