Abstract:
The medial end of the clavicle is a relatively uncommon site of fracture. It is often associated with high-energy injury if it is traumatic in cause. We present a case of pathological fracture non-union of the medial end of the clavicle in a patient who previously received radiotherapy for papillary thyroid carcinoma. The diagnostic challenge involved in identifying the causes of her condition is highlighted.
