Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria Severity Relating to TNF-Alpha Serum Concentration

Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) are significantly elevated in chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) patients. Higher TNF-alpha correlates with increased disease severity and itching, suggesting its role in CSU pathogenesis.
