Summary

Ulnar neuropathy at the elbow (UNE) treatments, both surgical and conservative, show similar effectiveness in improving function. Evidence suggests little difference between various surgical techniques and highlights potential benefits of dextrose injections for pain relief in mild to moderate UNE.
