Abstract:
Xylella fastidiosa is a xylem-limited plant pathogen infecting more than 100 species of plants. Here we present draft genomes of three Xylella fastidiosa subsp. pauca strains. These strains are a resource for studying citrus variegated chlorosis and coffee leaf scorch, which are readily available to the international scientific community.
