Summary

A new method uses imaging total internal reflection-fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (ITIR-FCS) to rapidly screen antimicrobial compounds targeting bacterial membranes. This technique offers faster and more sensitive detection of antibacterial activity compared to traditional assays.
