Background:

  • Retroperitoneal lymph-node dissection (RPLND) is a critical procedure for managing testicular cancer.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the feasibility, safety, and oncological outcomes of Robotic-Assisted Retroperitoneal Lymph-Node Dissection (RA-RPLND).
  • To present early UK experience with RA-RPLND.

Main Methods:

  • Retrospective analysis of RA-RPLND procedures performed using the da Vinci Si system.
  • Data collected included indications, chemotherapy status, complications, operative details, and oncological outcomes.
  • 24 patients undergoing RA-RPLND were analyzed.
