Medial-Sided Repair in Multi-Ligamentous Knee Injury

Surgical repair of the superficial medial collateral ligament (sMCL) in multi-ligamentous knee injuries (MLKIs) may be superior to reconstruction. Repair offers similar valgus stability while better restoring native knee alignment, function, and proprioception.
