Summary

This study presents a modified Arciero technique for posterolateral corner (PLC) knee injuries, using an internal brace and tensionable loops. The fibular-based approach offers a less complex, effective alternative for reconstructing the lateral collateral ligament (LCL) and popliteofibular ligament.
