In connexion with the valuation of own results of examinations concerning correlations of computer-tomographically defined focal lesions of the left cerebral hemisphere, which were reported in an antecedent paper, possibilities of correlative follow-up studies are indicated by describing a single case. Besides fundamental advantages, which result from this procedure, it is adequate to the necessary consideration of the space of time between the actual beginning of the disease and the computertomographic and neuropsychologic examinations.
