Post-infarct lateral extension-Brody effect or stent thrombosis?

Recurrent ST-segment elevation after stenting for anterior myocardial infarction may be a Brody effect, not re-infarction. This Brody effect, caused by left ventricular dilation and increased conductivity, mimics lateral infarction on ECGs.
