Abstract:
A 43-year-old Serbian male presented with hemoptysis concurrent with respiratory infections. A week prior, he had undergone orchidectomy for testicular carcinoma. CT showed a cavitary lesion in the right upper lobe with a dense nodule. Bronchoscopy findings were inconclusive, VATS resection revealed a shrapnel. The hemoptysis has not recurred.
