Summary

For three-level cervical disc disease, circumferential cervical fusion (CCF) with posterior cervical stabilization system (PCSS) significantly improved fusion rates and reduced revisions compared to anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) alone. CCF enhanced outcomes without increasing adverse events.
