Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI) affects 18% of patients on immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) with diarrhea. While most respond to antibiotics, 24% need immunosuppression for immune-related enterocolitis (irEC), and 20% experience CDI recurrence.
