Summary

Endovascular treatment for cerebral aneurysms shows a 32.6% recurrence rate and 13.5% retreatment need. However, 88.2% achieve favorable outcomes (mRS ≤ 2), with a low 2.6% mortality rate, establishing benchmarks for new procedures.
