Summary
Intrauterine devices (IUDs) can rarely migrate into the bladder, causing stone formation. Laser lithotripsy offers a minimally invasive treatment for this rare complication, resolving urinary symptoms.

- Laser lithotripsy successfully treated the bladder stone and facilitated IUD removal.
- The patient experienced uncomplicated recovery and symptom resolution.
Implications:
- IUD intravesical migration with stone formation is a rare but significant complication.
- Diagnosis can be aided by ultrasonography and radiography.
- Laser lithotripsy is an effective, minimally invasive treatment option.
- Prompt treatment is crucial to prevent further complications.
