Abstract:
Subdiaphragmatic extralobar pulmonary sequestration (ELS) is an extremely rare congenital anomaly that can mimic other intra-abdominal masses on prenatal imaging. Awareness of this entity is crucial for accurate diagnosis and timely management. This case underscores the importance of thorough prenatal evaluation and supports early surgical intervention to avoid future complications, even in asymptomatic infants.
