Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE) are an essential component of the reform of the second cycle of the medical studies in France, aiming to reliably and objectively assess students' clinical skills. We propose tools to develop scenarios adapted to pathology, allowing the evaluation of students' ability to interpret histopathological reports, integrate these results into clinical management, and communicate pathology findings clearly and understandably to patients. The article also presents a practical application of OSCE in a hospital setting: reverse OSCE. In this innovative pedagogical approach, students are involved in the creation and evaluation of OSCE stations, thus promoting a deep understanding of pathology concepts and improving the structuring of clinical reasoning. This article highlights the importance of integrating anatomic pathology into OSCE, both for national digital exams and for hospital internships. Active participation is crucial to maintain the attractiveness of our specialty and to ensure that students do not overlook it in their training.
