[Interdisciplinary advances in the area of prevention]

In the field of prevention, there is a need for increased interdisciplinarity. This notion requires integration of scientific conceptions and methodology. But the social monopoly given to curative medicine and extended to preventive medicine doesn't make such an interdisciplinary opening easy.
