Summary

Manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) offers better outcomes for knee stiffness after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) compared to arthroscopic lysis of adhesions (aLOA) plus MUA. MUA provides greater, more consistent knee motion improvement with reduced risks.
