Epithelial Ingrowth Following Pterygium Excision With Conjunctival Autograft: A Rare Complication

Epithelial ingrowth (EI), a rare complication after eye surgery, was observed in a patient following pterygium removal with a conjunctival autograft. This case highlights a second documented instance of this complication after pterygium surgery.
