Rotation flap reconstruction with incisional negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) effectively heals diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), showing high initial success and low recurrence rates, especially for plantar wounds. Charcot foot deformity requires careful management to prevent recurrence.
