This study developed polymer-coated liposomes using chitosan-polyethylene glycol-folic acid (CTS-PEG-FA) for enhanced drug delivery. These functionalized liposomes show improved cellular uptake and potent anticancer effects, offering a promising platform for drug delivery systems.
