Public Perceptions and Religious Barriers to Surgical Facial Rejuvenation

This letter addresses the study by AlEnazi et al. on public perceptions and knowledge of surgical facial rejuvenation in Saudi Arabia. The letter points out several areas for improvement: potential sampling bias due to social media-based data collection, lack of reported results from initial questionnaire pilot testing, and inadequate exploration of religious concerns as barriers. The letter also suggests correlational analysis between income levels and willingness for procedures, as well as assessing satisfaction among those who underwent facial rejuvenation.
