Abstract:
Designing efficient photocatalysts for H2O2 synthesis in pure water remains a significant challenge. Herein, Te/ZnIn2S4 nanoleaves were constructed via an epitaxial growth strategy using Te nanowires (NWs) as seeds. Experimental results and series in situ spectroscopic characterization unveiled that the Te NWs serve as branches, enable rapid charge transport and promote effective separation of photogenerated electrons and holes, resulting in efficient visible-light-driven H2O2 production with a high yield of 1920 μmol g-1 h-1.
