Functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) shows promise as a non-invasive biomarker for neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs). Visual evoked hemodynamic responses (vHDR) measured by fNIRS can track brain maturation and disease progression in various conditions.
