Test-Retest Reliability of Cervical Strength Testing Protocols with Handheld Dynamometer in Prepubertal and Pubertal

Cervical spine strength testing using handheld dynamometers is reliable in children and adolescents. While generally good, prepubertal boys showed slightly lower reliability for isometric strength and the flexion-to-extension ratio.
