Abstract:
Digital devices, such as the digital toolkit, are transforming primary care by enabling the collection, transcription, and transmission of clinical data in real time. This article explores its applications in primary care, highlighting its impact on improving the quality of care, increasing the problem-solving capacity, and optimizing patient diagnosis and monitoring. It describes use cases in clinical practice, emphasizing benefits such as more personalized and efficient care. Additionally, key aspects related to data storage and information security are addressed, along with the main challenges of its implementation, such as staff training and the necessary infrastructure. The study highlights the role of the digital toolkit as a technological tool in primary care, with the potential to integrate technology into healthcare services and drive innovation in care delivery.
