Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2) can cause COVID-19-associated coagulopathy, a condition with both hypercoagulable and hemorrhagic complications. This review summarizes current knowledge on its mechanisms, characteristics, and management.
