    • All patients achieved transient or persistent remission following immunosuppressive therapy.
    • Peripheral blood normalization correlated with antibody disappearance.

    • Suggests an antibody-mediated autoimmune mechanism as the cause of cytopenia.
    • Highlights the efficacy of immunosuppressive therapy in managing these autoimmune conditions.
