Abstract:
Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is an uncommon histiocytes proliferative disorder. We present a case of a 49-year-old male with an isolated mass detected in his kidney (extranodal site) and later underwent a nephrectomy. A comprehensive systematic investigation and clinicopathological evaluation had played a vital role in determining this condition.
