Abstract:
Eight metabolites (1-8) including a new compound tandyukisin J (1) were isolated from Trichoderma harzianum GLQ03 isolated from Ganoderma lucidum. Their absolute configurations were determined based on spectroscopic analysis and CD comparison. In this study, specific decalin derivatives (compounds 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8) were found to significantly inhibit IL-6/IL-1β expression using RT-qPCR in an LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophage inflammatory model. These results provide the molecular basis of the anti-inflammatory activity of decalin compounds.
