Five-Year Functional Outcomes After Acetabular Labral Repair with and without Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate

Bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) augmentation improves hip function after arthroscopic labral repair. Patients receiving BMAC showed significantly better outcomes at 24 and 60 months compared to those without BMAC.

- These benefits become statistically significant at 24 months and continue to increase through 60 months.
- BMAC augmentation appears to offer favorable, extended functional benefits in hip arthroscopy patients.
