Comparative analysis between the gold standard titration method and a mathematical formula to predict CPAP pressure

The Miljeteig and Hoffstein formula underestimated continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) in sleep apnea patients. This formula may help set initial CPAP titration ranges, but laboratory titration remains essential for optimal settings.
