Abstract:
A 75-year-old patient was admitted with heart failure. Transthoracic echocardiogram showed reduced left ventricular ejection fraction, apical thrombus, and severe low-flow low-gradient aortic stenosis. This case illustrates the use of a novel modified circuit for thrombectomy and hemodynamic support during transcatheter aortic valve replacement under imaging guidance.
