Evaluation of a competency-based CPD programme for pharmacists on asthma care: a feasibility study

- Participants reported enhanced confidence, willingness, and professional recognition; >96% satisfaction.
Conclusions:
- CBE-informed CPD is feasible and improves pharmacist competence in asthma management.
- The CBE approach is recommended for enhancing pharmacist CPD programs.
- This study highlights the value of CBE in pediatric asthma care education.
