Employment has emerged as a critical focus in HIV interventions for Black women. A multilevel, community-based employment initiative in Chicago, Illinois, focused on justice-involved Black women with HIV. This program addressed complex barriers through bundled interventions, including navigation services and case management, with a major focus on employment.
