The Imperial Prostate 3-PROState Pathway Embedded Comparative Trial (IP3-PROSPECT) found that a cohort multiple randomized controlled trial (cmRCT) design is feasible and acceptable for prostate cancer research. This innovative approach shows promise for future comparative effectiveness studies.
