Summary

Completely digital polyetheretherketone (PEEK) removable partial dentures (RPDs) show improved fit and significantly higher patient comfort compared to semidigital workflows. Both methods provide good fit and comparable mastication efficiency.

  • Denture fit was assessed using 3D deviation analysis, mastication efficiency by the absorbance method, and patient satisfaction via questionnaires.
