Is There a Place for Biologics in Acne?

Biologic therapies targeting specific immune pathways show limited efficacy for acne vulgaris. Their effectiveness may be restricted to acne-like conditions, such as autoinflammatory syndromes or hidradenitis suppurativa, rather than true acne.
