    Optimizing pulse sequence parameters, particularly echo time, significantly enhances liver contrast in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using a novel paramagnetic agent. This study demonstrates a greater than 60% improvement in liver-to-noise ratio (EL/N) with optimized sequences.
