    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the effectiveness of MR imaging in assessing the normal urinary bladder wall and benign bladder pathologies.
    • To determine optimal MR imaging parameters (TR and TE) for visualizing bladder wall features.
    • To differentiate between bladder wall hypertrophy, inflammation, and mucosal congestion using MR imaging.

    • MR imaging was performed on 50 patients, including 30 healthy subjects.
    • Specific imaging features assessed included bladder wall appearance and contrast.
    • Optimal repetition time (TR) and echo delay (TE) parameters were identified for bladder wall visualization.
