Sleep and circadian parameters in Behçet's syndrome: a comparative analysis using actigraphy and questionnaires

Behçet syndrome (BS) patients with active disease or fibromyalgia experience poor sleep quality and fragmented sleep. All BS patients show increased obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (OSAS) risk, warranting screening.
