Exploring the causal relationship between interleukin levels and osteoarthritis: A two-sample Mendelian randomization

This study used Mendelian randomization to investigate the causal link between interleukins and osteoarthritis (OA). Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and Interleukin-18 (IL-18) were found to have a causal relationship with OA.
