[Pathogenetic principle of substantiation of indications and programs for transfusion therapy in surgical practice]

On the basis of personal clinical experience and literature data the authors show the necessity to formulate indications for transfusion therapy and its prognosis not by nosological but by pathogenetic principle, i. e. in relation to pathophysiological changes in the patient, similar in different diseases and traumas.
