[Reconstructive surgery in postgastrectomy syndromes].

This study analyzed 429 patients with postgastroresection syndrome, finding that surgical treatment, particularly resections, was effective for many. Over 95% of patients experienced excellent, good, or satisfactory long-term outcomes.
